Shipping

Free Shipping on Orders Over $100
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100. Once your order is placed, you can expect it to ship within 3-7 business days. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, sales, promotions, or new product launches.

Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order after it is placed. While most orders ship out within 3-7 business days, this processing time may vary depending on stock levels, order volume, or custom requests. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Tracking Your Order
After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number via email. Please note, it may take up to 1-2 business days for your tracking number to be scanned into our carrier system.

Accuracy of Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Home Elevations will not be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, customers will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Preorders
Preorders will ship in the order they are received. The estimated shipping date will be provided in the product details, but please note that this date is an estimate and may change. If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will ship when all items are available. For expedited shipping, we suggest placing separate orders for preorder and in-stock items.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We will update our shipping capabilities as we expand our reach globally.

Returns & Exchanges

At Home Elevations, great care is taken in the creation, inspection, and packaging of every product prior to leaving our studio. Our commitment to quality, safety, and craftsmanship is at the heart of everything we do.

Return Window
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an item has left our possession. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Eligibility for Returns
To protect product integrity, quality, and customer safety, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any products sold by Home Elevations. Our products are considered personal-use items, and we cannot verify how they are handled, stored, or altered after purchase.

How to Initiate Support
If you experience an issue with your order, we are here to help. Please contact our Customer Care team at hello@thehomeelevations.com within 48 hours of delivery or purchase of order and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue so we can review and assist accordingly.

Shipping Issues & Errors
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit once the issue has been reviewed. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping materials are required. Returned items may not be required.

Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are not offered once an order has been fulfilled. In the event of a verified issue, a replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items
All products sold by Home Elevations are final sale and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Wax melts
  • Room & Linen Sprays
  • Reed diffusers
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Subscription products
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces

Subscription Product Policy
Subscription orders are final sale and non-refundable due to special pricing and recurring fulfillment.
