At Home Elevations, we are committed to delivering a luxurious, seamless shopping experience from start to finish. Below you will find our shipping and return guidelines, designed to provide clarity and ensure your experience with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Shipping

Free Shipping on Orders Over $75
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $75. Once your order is placed, you can expect it to ship within 3-7 business days. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, sales, promotions, or new product launches.

Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order after it is placed. While most orders ship out within 3-7 business days, this processing time may vary depending on stock levels, order volume, or custom requests. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Tracking Your Order
After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number via email. Please note, it may take up to 1-2 business days for your tracking number to be scanned into our carrier system.

Accuracy of Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Home Elevations will not be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, customers will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Route Package Protection
We highly recommend using Route Package Protection for your order. This service covers lost, broken, or stolen packages. If you opt out of Route Package Protection, please be aware that we cannot replace or refund orders affected by loss, breakage, or theft. Visit Route for more information.

Preorders
Preorders will ship in the order they are received. The estimated shipping date will be provided in the product details, but please note that this date is an estimate and may change. If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will ship when all items are available. For expedited shipping, we suggest placing separate orders for preorder and in-stock items.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We will update our shipping capabilities as we expand our reach globally.

Returns & Exchanges

At Home Elevations, we take great pride in the quality of our candles. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a smooth and hassle-free return process. Please review the details below to ensure a seamless return experience.

Return Window
You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted. We recommend contacting us promptly to initiate your return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all original tags intact.
  • The item must be purchased directly from Home Elevations (products purchased from third-party retailers are not eligible for return).

How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our Returns Customer Service team at hello@thehomeelevations.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Please do not return any items without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs
At Home Elevations, we strive to ensure your experience with us is seamless. If a return is necessary due to an error on our part—such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item—we will gladly cover the cost of return shipping by providing a prepaid return label. For returns valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method.

If you are requesting an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped once we have received and inspected the returned item(s).

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or custom products.
  • Subscription-based products (please refer to our dedicated subscription return policy below)
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces.
  • Sale or discounted items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards.

Subscription Product Return Policy
Subscription orders are non-refundable and non-returnable due to the special pricing. By subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions about your subscription, please contact us before subscribing.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@thehomeelevations.com. We will assist you with a return or exchange at no additional cost.
